Michael Fessel, Director

Michael graduated from Cambridge University with a MPhil in Economics and from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics. Michael also studied Japanese at the School of Oriental and African Studies and The Kyoto Centre for Japanese Linguistic Studies.

Michael was a researcher at the London School of Economics and Political Science where he collaborated with the UK Tax Authority on tax evasion mechanisms. He previously held positions in the emerging markets trading department at Citigroup and with the advertising company Begg Levitt Dentsu Advertising Europe.

Michael speaks French, English, Dutch and Japanese.


Yoni Fessel, Director

Yoni graduated from Imperial College of Sciences and Technology with a MSc in Finance and from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc in Economics. Yoni also studied Chinese at the School of Oriental and African Studies and Fudan University.

Yoni was a management consultant with Bain & Company where he advised clients in the chemicals, retail and logistics industries. He previously held positions in the Investment Banking department at Morgan Stanley and with European Business News Television.

Yoni speaks French, English, Dutch and Mandarin Chinese.
